Fluid art, no brush needed
An elegant technique for abstract paintings made without a paintbrush. You choose your colors, prepare the paint and try different ways of pouring it, then watch it move.
Mixed media, guided by intention
We begin by setting an intention, then let it guide an abstract painting in acrylics, charcoal, stencils and texture. Nobody needs to know how to paint, only how to trust what comes.
Collage and creative writing
Make a collage, then let it lead you into creative writing. A guided practice that is a favorite at my retreats. Lovely for groups who want to spark their creativity and think in new ways together.
